AIR–Set
The AIR–Set contains all the items needed to make airy foams for basal stimulation.
Set-Content:
- 1 membrane pump
- 2 x 0,75 m tube (suitable for use in food)
- 30 pipettes with holes (suitable for use in food)
- 50 x 2g AIR instant Sticks (total volume 100g)
- instruction manual (Please note: you need 2 batteries (1,5 V, int. size LR20) for the pump; they are not included)
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, emulsifier soy lecithin
Use: Add the content of one AIR instant Stick to 100ml (approx. 50 ml/g) liquid (e.g. fruit juice). Stir lightly with a spoon and use the AIR Set to get an airy foam.
