AIR instant Sticks
With AIR instant Sticks, airy foams for basal and taste stimulation are simple and quick to make. Use the AIR–Set for fast and simple production of airy foams.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, emulsifier soy lecithin
Use: Add the content of one AIR instant Sticks to 100ml (approx. 50 ml/g) liquid (e.g. fruit juice). Stir lightly with a spoon and use the AIR–Set to get an airy foam.
