Dosierl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten: <\/strong>Maltodextrin, Stabilisator Methylcellulose, Stabilisator Xanthan<\/p>\n<p>Bei Menschen die unter besonders schweren <strong>Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen (Dysphagie) <\/strong><strong>leiden <\/strong><strong>und p\u00fcrierte\/passierte<\/strong> Kost in Form nicht zu sich nehmen k\u00f6nnen, kommt die Schaumkost zum Einsatz. Dabei wird ein fl\u00fcssiges (z. B. Kaffee, S\u00e4fte) oder <strong>passiertes<\/strong> Lebensmittel (z. B. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, Salate, Kuchen) mit Hilfe vom <strong>SPUMAinstant<\/strong> <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>und <strong>Verdickungsmittel <\/strong>in eine cremige Konsistenz (softeis-artig) transformiert.<\/p>\n<p>Ob s\u00fc\u00df oder sauer, hei\u00df oder kalt und sogar mit einem \u00d6lgehalt von bis zu 50 % &#8211; das <strong>SPUMAinstant<\/strong> <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>und <strong>Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> funktioniert mit fast allen Lebensmitteln. Das fertige Produkt besteht zu mehr als 98 % aus dem verwendeten Lebensmittel und weniger als 2 % \u00a0 <strong>SPUMAinstant<\/strong> <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>und <strong>Verdickungsmittel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Menschen mit besonders schweren <strong>Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen (Dysphagie) <\/strong>leiden h\u00e4ufig unter Appetitlosigkeit und damit einhergehend einer<strong> Mangelern\u00e4hrung. <\/strong>Die Ursache ist h\u00e4ufig, dass Dysphagie-Betroffenen Speisen nicht in einer an Ihren Bed\u00fcrfnissen angepassten Konsistenz oder Qualit\u00e4t angeboten werden.\u00a0Es ist nicht selten, dass dieser Personenkreis tagein tagaus mit Breikost versorgt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Hier setzt das <strong>smoothfood<\/strong> Ern\u00e4hrungskonzept mit seinen vier Kostformen an. F\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Stufen der <strong>Dysphagie<\/strong> kann eine hochwertige, den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Einzelnen angepasste Ern\u00e4hrung sichergestellt werden und so ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t der Betroffenen geleistet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anwendung: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: auf 0,5 Liter fl\u00fcssiges oder <strong>passiertes<\/strong> Lebensmittel kommen zwei Dosierl\u00f6ffel (8 bis 10 g) vom <strong>Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> <strong>SPUMAinstant.<\/strong> Sollte der Schaum kompakter gew\u00fcnscht werden, so kann im Einzelfall ein dritter Dosierl\u00f6ffel vom <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong><strong>SPUMAinstant<\/strong> hinzugegeben werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grundrezeptur<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>500 g (ml) Fl\u00fcssigkeit (z. B. Saft, passierte Sa\u00adlate) oder 500g passiertes (durch das Sieb gestrichene) Lebensmittel (z. B. M\u00fcsli, Kuchen, komplettes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck) in einen Sahnesiphon oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine geben. Anschlie\u00ad\u00dfend 2 Dosierl\u00f6ffel (DL) <strong><em>SPUMA<\/em>instant<\/strong> <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Im Siphon:<\/em> Siphon verschlie\u00dfen und gut sch\u00fctteln bis sich das Pulver komplett aufl\u00f6st.
