Ein 1,5 kg Eimer reicht f\u00fcr ca. 125 Liter fl\u00fcssiges Lebensmit\u00adtel oder 300 Liter Schaum, inkl. Dosierl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten: <\/strong>Maltodextrin, Stabilisator Methylcellulose, Stabilisator Xanthan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigenschaften und Anwendung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei besonders stark ausgepr\u00e4gten Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen, bei der die Nahrungsaufnahme von <strong>p\u00fcrierter\/ passierter Kost in Form<\/strong> kaum oder gar nicht mehr m\u00f6glich ist, kommt die Schaumkost zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Mit unseren <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>SPUMAinstant, welches im Rahmen des <strong>smoothfood<\/strong> Ern\u00e4hrungskonzeptes entwickelt wurde, ist es m\u00f6glich kompakte Sch\u00e4ume (softeis-artige Konsistenz) auf der Basis von fl\u00fcssigen (z. B. Kaffee, S\u00e4fte) oder <strong>passierten<\/strong> Lebensmitteln (z. B. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, Salate, Kuchen) von hoher Qualit\u00e4t herzustellen. Diese bestehen ausschlie\u00dflich aus dem Lebensmittel und einem vegetarischen, allergenfeien und geschmacksneutralen <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong>bzw. <strong>Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> zur Schaumstabilisierung.<\/p>\n<p>Die cremige Konsistenz erm\u00f6glicht eine Nahrungsaufnahme ohne gro\u00dfe Kaubewegungen. Durch eine zus\u00e4tzliche Anreicherung (durch z. B. hochwertige Pflanzen\u00f6le, Butter) kann die Schaumkost als hochkalorische Haupt- oder Zwischenmahlzeit angeboten werden. Die <strong>smoothfood<\/strong> Schaumkost zeichnet sich durch eine verst\u00e4rkte Aromafreisetzung aus. Diese f\u00fchrt erwiesenerma\u00dfen zu einer Anregung des Appetits bei den Betroffenen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Anwendung von kompakten Sch\u00e4umen kann, nach dem Einstieg mit luftigen Sch\u00e4umen, der zweite Schritt auf dem Weg zur\u00fcck zu einer ausgewogenen, normalen Ern\u00e4hrung sein.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anwendung: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: auf 0,5 Liter fl\u00fcssiges oder <strong>passiertes<\/strong> Lebensmittel kommen zwei Dosierl\u00f6ffel (8 bis 10 g) vom <strong>Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> <strong>SPUMAinstant.<\/strong> Sollte der Schaum kompakter gew\u00fcnscht werden, so kann im Einzelfall ein dritter Dosierl\u00f6ffel vom <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0<\/strong><strong>SPUMAinstant<\/strong> hinzugegeben werden<\/p>\n<p>Grundrezeptur<\/p>\n<p>500 g (ml) Fl\u00fcssigkeit (z. B. Saft, passierte Sa\u00adlate) oder 500 g passiertes (durch das Sieb gestrichene) Lebensmittel (z. B. M\u00fcsli, Kuchen, komplettes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck) in einen Sahnesiphon oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine geben. Anschlie\u00ad\u00dfend zwei \u00a0Dosierl\u00f6ffel <strong>Andickungsmittel <\/strong><strong><em>SPUMA<\/em>instant<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Im Siphon:<\/em> Siphon verschlie\u00dfen und gut sch\u00fctteln bis sich das <strong>Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> komplett aufl\u00f6st.
