Durch Erhitzen bildet <span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><b><em>Cellu<\/em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">zoon <\/span><\/b><\/span>feste Gele aus, was z. B. zur Herstellung von Folien und spr\u00f6den Filmen genutzt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p><b>Zutaten: <\/b>Stabilisator Methylcellulose (E461), Maltodextrin<\/p>\n<p><b>Anwendung: <\/b><em>Rezeptvorschlag: Dosierung f\u00fcr die Herstellung von kalten Sch\u00e4umen:\u00a0<\/em>6 gestrichene L\u00f6ffel <span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><b><em>Cellu<\/em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">zoon <\/span><\/b><\/span>in 100ml kaltes Wasser einr\u00fchren bis das Pulver vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st ist (z. B. Schneebesen verwenden). 25 ml der <span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><b><em>Cellu<\/em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">zoon<\/span><\/b><\/span>-L\u00f6sung zu 175 ml Fl\u00fcssigkeit (Saft, Br\u00fche, etc.) geben und mit einem elektrischen Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t oder unter Verwendung eines Sahnesiphons zu einem Schaum aufschlagen.
