GELEA<\/strong><\/em>hot<\/strong> instant, 150 g<\/p>\n

Das Andickungsmittel GELEA<\/em>hot<\/strong>\u00a0instant war das erste Bindemittel<\/strong> seiner Art f\u00fcr die Herstellung von p\u00fcrierter\/passierter Kost<\/strong> in Form<\/strong>. Es ist dabei sowohl f\u00fcr die Herstellung von p\u00fcrierter\/passierter Kost in Form als im Besonderen f\u00fcr Einsatz zur Herstellung von Produkten rund um das Thema \u201eEat-by-Walking\u201c geeignet.<\/p>\n

Zutaten<\/strong>: Maltodextrin, Geliermittel Agar Agar, Verdickungsmittel Xanthan<\/p>\n

Eigenschaften und Anwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mehr als f\u00fcnf Millionen Menschen alleine in Deutschland leiden unter Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen <\/strong>oder auch Dysphagie. <\/strong>Diese kann vielf\u00e4ltige Ursachen haben und daher bedarf die ad\u00e4quate Ern\u00e4hrung der besonderen Aufmerksamkeit. Daf\u00fcr wurde von uns das smoothfood<\/strong> Ern\u00e4hrungskonzept <\/strong>mit seinen modernen Andickungsmitteln <\/strong>und Verdickungsmitteln<\/a><\/strong> entwickelt.<\/strong> S\u00e4mtliche Stufen im Bereich der Dysphagiekost<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen mit Hilfe der smoothfood-Andickungsmittel\u00a0 <\/strong>abgedeckt werden.<\/p>\n

Gerade im Bereich der station\u00e4ren Unterbringung spielt die Hauptmahlzeit eine wichtige Rolle in der sozialen Teilhabe. Hierf\u00fcr wurde u. a. das Verdickungsmittel<\/strong> GELEA<\/strong><\/em>hot<\/strong>\u00a0instant\u00a0<\/strong>alle Lebensmittel wieder in eine feste und appetitliche Form gebracht werden k\u00f6nnen, entwickelt. Ein beliebtes Hilfsmittel zur einfachen und schnellen Produktion sind dabei die smoothfood Silikonformen<\/strong>, mit denen ern\u00e4hrungsphysiologisch v<\/strong>ollwertige, authentische Mahlzeiten im Bereich p\u00fcrierter\/passierter Kost<\/strong> hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den Bereich \u201eDemenz\u201c, deren Menschen \u00fcberdurchschnittlich von Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen (Dysphagie) betroffen sind bietet das Verdickungsmittel GELEA<\/em>hot\u00a0instant\u00a0<\/strong>die M\u00f6glichkeit Fingerfood f\u00fcr die \u201eEssenspfade\u201c herzustellen (sog. \u201eEat-by-walking\u201c). Durch die relativ feste Gel-Struktur k\u00f6nnen die H\u00e4ppchen zum Verzehr bequem in die Hand genommen werden und auch eine Anreicherung mit Protein<\/strong> und Maltodextrin<\/strong><\/a> ist m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Anwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fleisch\/Fisch (gegart) oder Gem\u00fcse (m\u00f6glichst TK) mit der im Grundrezept angegeben Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmenge (Br\u00fche, Fond, So\u00dfe) feinst p\u00fcrieren. Das P\u00fcree aufkochen und dazu auf 1 kg Masse ca. 40 g vom Andickungsmittel\u00a0 <\/strong> GELEA<\/strong><\/em>hot<\/strong> instant, einr\u00fchren. Die gesamte Masse mindesten 1 – 2 Minuten durchkochen und dann in die entsprechende smoothfood Silikonform<\/a><\/strong> f\u00fcllen. Die gef\u00fcllten Formen im K\u00fchlraum oder -schrank auf Raum\u00adtemperatur abk\u00fchlen lassen (ca. 30 Minuten) uns st\u00fcrzen. Die Ma\u00dfe ist bis max. 80\u00b0C hitzestabil.<\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend st\u00fcrzen, regenerieren, servieren \u2013 fertig!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
