Bindemittel<\/strong> zur Herstellung von Schaumkost – reicht f\u00fcr ca. 14 Liter fl\u00fcssige Lebensmit\u00adtel oder 60 Liter Schaum – inkl. Dosierl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n

Zutaten: <\/strong>Maltodextrin, Stabilisator Methylcellulose, Stabilisator Xanthan<\/p>\n

Eigenschaften und Anwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Schaumkost ist die letzte M\u00f6glichkeit der kontrollierten<\/strong> oralen Nahrungsaufnahme<\/strong> des Betroffenen und wird bei schwerer Dysphagie<\/strong> eingesetzt.\u00a0 Bei der Schaumkost<\/strong> wird mithilfe des SPUMAinstant Andickungsmittel <\/strong>ein fl\u00fcssiges oder verfl\u00fcssigtes Lebensmittel in die Konsistenz eines Softeises verwandelt. Die so hergestellte Schaumkost ist Amylase-resistent genau wie das VISCO Andickungspulver<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Getr\u00e4nkedickung<\/strong>. Das erm\u00f6glicht die sichere Nahrungsaufnahme<\/strong> und minimiert das Risiko des Verschluckens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Die Schaumstruktur sorgt f\u00fcr eine erh\u00f6hte Aromafreisetzung und somit f\u00fcr eine intensivere Geschmacksempfindung.<\/p>\n

Sehr h\u00e4ufig kommt die Schaumkost auch als hochkalorische Zwischenmahlzeit zum Einsatz. Das SPUMAinstant Andickungsmittel\u00a0 <\/strong>erm\u00f6glicht nicht nur die Anreicherung mit Maltodextrin<\/strong> oder Protein<\/strong>, sondern bindet sogar bis zu 50 % \u00d6l. So kann f\u00fcr den Betroffenen eine geschmackvolle, ern\u00e4hrungs-physiologisch hochwertige Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong> sichergestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Das Bindemittel<\/strong> ist, wie auch alle anderen Andickungsmittel<\/strong> von biozoon, dar\u00fcber hinaus sogar vegan und allergenfrei.<\/p>\n

Anwendung: <\/strong><\/p>\n

500 g (ml) Fl\u00fcssigkeit (z. B. Saft, passierte Sa\u00adlate) oder 500 g passiertes (durch das Sieb gestrichene) Lebensmittel (z. B. M\u00fcsli, Kuchen, komplettes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck) in einen Sahnesiphon oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine geben. Anschlie\u00ad\u00dfend 2 Dosierl\u00f6ffel (DL) Andickungsmittel <\/strong>SPUMA<\/strong><\/em>instant<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Im Siphon:<\/em> Siphon verschlie\u00dfen und gut sch\u00fctteln bis sich das Pulver komplett aufl\u00f6st. Anschlie\u00dfend 2 Sahnekapseln aufschrauben und das ganze 10 Minuten stehen lassen \u2013 fertig!<\/p>\n
