Damit lassen sich Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke sicher Andicken. Die 250g Dose <strong>reicht f\u00fcr bis zu 24 Liter* anzudickende Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/strong>, inkl. Dosierl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n<p>*Andickung sirup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong>: Maltodextrin, Verdickungsmittel Xanthan, Tr\u00e4gerstoff Erythritol<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigenschaften und Anwendung:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei <strong>Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen (Dysphagie<\/strong>) hilft unser Xanthan-basiertes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/biozoon.de\/shop\/product-tag\/andickung-von-getraenke-und-speisen\/\">Andickungsmittel<\/a>\u00a0 <\/strong>VISCOclear\u00a0zum Andicken von Speisen und Getr\u00e4nken, um den <strong>Schluckst\u00f6rungen<\/strong> entgegenzuwirken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schluckst\u00f6rungen<\/strong>, auch unter dem Fachbegriff <a href=\"https:\/\/biozoon.de\/shop\/product-tag\/andickung-von-getraenke-und-speisen\/\"><strong>Dysphagie<\/strong><\/a> bekannt, treten bei Menschen im h\u00f6heren Alter relativ h\u00e4ufig auf. Die Probleme bei der Aufnahme von fester Nahrung und Fl\u00fcssigkeiten mindern die Lebensqualit\u00e4t der betroffenen Senioren stark. Statt Genuss und Lebensfreude geht mit Essen und Trinken die st\u00e4ndige Gefahr des <strong>Verschluckens<\/strong> einher, hier kommt unser <strong>Andickungsmittel<\/strong>\u00a0zum Einsatz, um Abhilfe zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein modernes <strong>Andickungspulver<\/strong> f\u00fcr Getr\u00e4nke und fl\u00fcssige Lebensmittel sollte m\u00f6glichst folgende Qualit\u00e4tsparameter aufweisen um so seiner Funktion gerecht werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>keine Beeinflussung von Farbe und Geschmack<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e4zise Einstellung des Andickungsgrades<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amylase resistent<\/strong>, h. kein verfl\u00fcssigen w\u00e4hrend des Schluckvorganges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese o. g. Anforderungen k\u00f6nnen ausschlie\u00dflich von Xanthan basierten <strong>Andickungsmitteln<\/strong> erf\u00fcllt werden. Hier hat sich insbesondere das <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0 <\/strong>VISCO von biozoon \u00fcber die Jahre als leistungsst\u00e4rkstes (Preis\/Leistung) <strong>Andickungsmittel<\/strong> im Markt bew\u00e4hrt. Das <strong>Andickungsmittel<\/strong> gew\u00e4hrleistet einen optimalen Andickungsgrad angepasst an das Bed\u00fcrfnis des Einzelnen. Das vermindert das Risiko f\u00fcr Aspiration, d. h. f\u00fcr das Einatmen bzw. Verschlucken von Nahrung und Fl\u00fcssigkeit in die Lunge &#8211; dank der Andickung mit biozoon\u2019 s <strong>VISCOclear<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ob in kalten oder warmen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten biozoon\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Andickungspulver<\/strong> klumpt nicht. Im Gegensatz zu st\u00e4rke-basierten <strong>Andickungsmitteln<\/strong> erfolgt auch kein Nachdicken auch die Farbe und der Geschmack werden nicht ver\u00e4ndert. Die angedickten Fl\u00fcssigkeiten sind stabil &#8211; ob hei\u00df oder kalt, ob im Saft oder in Br\u00fche. Unserem <strong>Andickungspulver<\/strong> ist es egal, es funktioniert immer! Und dank des Dosierl\u00f6ffel, kann die Andickung bedarfsgerecht pr\u00e4zise eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Da es auf Xanthan basiert, ist notwendige Pulvermenge zum Erreichen der <strong>Andickung<\/strong> auf 25 % gesunken. Ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Spareffekt entsteht dadurch, dass <strong>VISCOclear<\/strong> nicht nachdickt<strong>. <\/strong>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist es auch<b>\u00a0Amylase-resistent. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Anwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je nach gew\u00fcnschtem Andickungsgrad entweder 1 Dosierl\u00f6ffel (sirup-artig), 2 Dosierl\u00f6ffel (honig-artig) oder 3 Dosierl\u00f6ffel (pudding-artig) <strong><em>VISCO<\/em>clear<\/strong> <strong>Andickungsmittel\u00a0 <\/strong>in ein Glas geben. Anschlie\u00dfend 100 ml Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzugeben und umr\u00fchren bis das Pulver komplett gel\u00f6st ist.
