Zutaten<\/strong>:\u00a0Molkenproteinisolat<\/strong> (max. 1 % Laktose), Emulgator\u00a0Soja Lecithin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eigenschaften und Anwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mangelern\u00e4hrung<\/strong>, auch Malnutrition genannt, liegt dann vor, wenn eine Person ihren Bedarf an Energie, Proteinen<\/strong> und anderen N\u00e4hrstoffen \u00fcber die Nahrung nicht ausreichend decken kann.<\/p>\n

In der Regel liegt eine Kombination von quantitativer (Energiemangel) und qualitativer (Protein<\/strong>– und N\u00e4hrstoffmangel) vor. Mangelern\u00e4hrung<\/strong> ist besonders h\u00e4ufig bei Bewohnern in Senioren- und Pflegeheimen anzutreffen und kann durch eine entsprechende Ern\u00e4hrungstherapie behandelt werden.<\/p>\n

Ab dem 30. Lebensjahr erfolgt ein nat\u00fcrlicher und kontinuierlicher Abbau der Muskelmasse beim Menschen, der sich im hohen Alter \u00fcbernat\u00fcrlich beschleunigen kann. Man spricht dann von einer sog. Sarkopenie. Zeichen daf\u00fcr sind u. a., wenn der\/die Betroffene innerhalb kurzer Zeit ungewollt Gewicht verliert oder vermehrt Dekubitus (Wundliegen) auftritt.<\/p>\n

Mangelern\u00e4hrung <\/strong>tritt vermehrt bei Menschen mit Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen<\/strong> auf – was oftmals damit zu tun hat, dass die Speisen in nicht bedarfsgerechter, d. h. in ihrer Konsistenz angepassten Form bzw. oder aber als Breikost serviert werden. W\u00e4hrend bei ersterem das Essen mit Schmerzen verbunden wird und die Betroffenen deswegen oftmals aus diesem Grund weniger essen, spielt bei der Breikost der Geschmack und das Aussehen eine ma\u00dfgebende Rolle, warum die Betroffenen weniger essen und sich damit eine zunehmende Appetitlosigkeit ausbildet.<\/p>\n

Daf\u00fcr wurde von uns das Ern\u00e4hrungskonzept smoothfood<\/strong> entwickelt, welches sich an die Betroffenen von Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen<\/strong>\u00a0(Dysphagie)<\/strong> richtet. Mit den im Rahmen des Konzeptes entwickelten Bindemitteln<\/strong> und Andickungsmitteln <\/strong>k\u00f6nnen so alle Konsistenzstufen im Rahmen der Dysphagiekost<\/strong> abgebildet werden. Da die zugrundliegenden Lebensmittel entweder in fl\u00fcssiger oder aber in passierter<\/strong> Form vorliegen, k\u00f6nnen diese hervorragend entweder energie- (mit Maltodextrin<\/strong>) oder eiwei\u00df-angereichert (mit Protein<\/strong>) werden.<\/p>\n

Je nach Eiwei\u00dfbedarf in kalte und\/oder warme Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke einr\u00fchren. Ein geh\u00e4ufter Essl\u00f6ffel (ca. 5 g) entspricht ca. 4,3 g hochwertigem Eiwei\u00df.<\/p>\n

Die t\u00e4gliche Gesamtmenge PROTEIN<\/em>plus<\/strong>\u00a0richtet sich nach dem individuellen Bedarf des Betroffenen und der g\u00fcltigen Di\u00e4tvorschrift.<\/p>\n
