Zuckers\u00fc\u00df und als Dessert zu nahezu allen Hauptg\u00e4ngen geeignet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300ml Sahne<\/li>\n<li>30g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Vanilleschote<\/li>\n<li>13 gestr. kleine Dosierl\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/biozoon.de\/shop\/product\/iotazoon-300g-2\/\">Iotazoon<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 gestr. kleine Dosierl\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/biozoon.de\/shop\/product\/locuzoon-250g\/\">Locuzoon<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Vanilleschote halbieren, das Mark herauskratzen, mit der Sahne und dem Zucker in einem Topf unter R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen. Das Iotazoon sowie das Locuzoon hinzugebe, gut ver\u00fchren und kurz aufkochen lassen. Vom Herd ziehen und die Masse d\u00fcnn auf eine Silikonmatte ausgie\u00dfen\u00a0 und glatt streichen.
