Terms & Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully before ordering your goods from biozoon online shop. To complete your order you will have to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this agreement. Your order will not be accepted if you fail to accept this agreement.
1a This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
1b We may terminate, change or temporarily suspend all or any part of this site, without notice.
1c We have the right to change this agreement by posting new terms onto our site and it is therefore your responsibility to check if any changes have been made, carried out or posted by us. Your continued use, after any changes, constitutes your acceptance of our new terms.
1d Confirmation of your order will be made by e-mail.
1e All our descriptions, weights and dimensions of our goods are from us, they might vary for technical reasons but just in acceptable and legal capacities.
2.1 All prices are fixed.
The price indicated in a particular offer is the final price, including value added tax and other price components.
3.1 You undertake to ensure that all details provided to biozoon for the purpose of ordering goods are correct at the time of purchase and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or you have the permission of the owner to use theirs. It is also imperative that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost and delivery of all the products that you have ordered.
3.2 All payments will be in Euro (EUR) and payment will be accepted using any of our acceptable payment and ordering methods. Payments can be made online, via Paypal or Moneybookers, as prepayment and with online transactions.
3.3 You must make payments in full before your order can be processed and your goods dispatched
3.4 An invoice detailing goods dispatched and the cost of carriage will accompany every order.
3.5 Delivery of goods to certain countries may be subject to import duties/local taxes, which are levied on goods entering the purchaser’s country of residence. You are responsible for any such payment direct to the relevant authorities, as we do not have control over these matters and as such cannot predict any changes. You are advised to contact your local customs office for advice prior to completing your order. Certain goods are banned from import into certain countries it is your responsibility to ensure that you only order goods that will be allowed access to your country of residence. We, biozoon, will not be held responsible for any goods that are impounded by your local customs agent. It remains your responsibility to understand and work within the local laws of your country. No refund will be given for any goods impounded by customs or local agents.
3.6 If a product you have ordered is out of stock or there is a delay we will notify you within 7 working days by e-mail giving you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.
3.7 In any circumstance that requires a refund in part or in full of your order, we will endeavor to process this refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of notification.
3.8 All deliveries shall be made by our couriers to the address supplied, by you, the purchaser and at the purchasers own risk. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery.
3.9 All time scales given for a delivery are a guide only and we shall not be responsible for any delays.
3.10 The goods shall be deemed lost in transit if they are not delivered to you within 12 days of your approximate delivery time. As such, to make a claim, you must contact us not later than 15 days after the advised delivery date.
4.1 If you are not satisfied with all or part of your order you may return it for a refund subject to Clause 4.2.
4.2 When returning goods they must be in their original condition, not having been tampered with in any form and securely wrapped with the original packaging. Included with returned item(s) should be the reason why goods are being returned. Goods are returned at your cost to biozoon food innovation gmbh. The management of biozoon can and will refund the cost of returned goods when the fault is deemed as within our control.
5 Force Majeure
We, biozoon food innovation gmbh, will not be liable for any delays in, or performance of, our obligations under this agreement, arising from any cause beyond our control. This includes, but is not restricted to, the following: invasion, act of war, act of god, act of government, act of local government, act of terrorism, failure of information technology systems or telecommunications, fire, flood, and/or industrial action.
6 Data Protection Act
The Customer agrees to us, the company, biozoon food innovation gmbh, retaining data in a manual and electronic format and to the use and processing by computers of such data provided by them the customer, in the course of the contract/purchase, on the understanding that this data is stored or processed in accordance to the data protection act 1984 and 1998.
